Cipriani Ibiza is seeking Waiters (Commis and Head Waiters) who can embody the authentic Cipriani Hospitality, with its effortless elegance, for the 2025 summer season in Ibiza.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The position of Waiter is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in a luxury setting, ensuring a positive dining experience through attentive service, a strong knowledge of the menu, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, be a team player, and possess the ability to remain motivated and flexible in a fast-paced environment. This role requires fluency in Spanish, with the ability to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Possibility of relocation in other properties of the Company, at the end of the season.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Lead the service team in ensuring smooth and efficient service during each shift.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a positive, clear manner and with a professional body language.
- Maintain a precise knowledge of the menu and suggest dishes based on guest preferences, anticipating their needs and address them promptly, before being ask.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Clean tables and/or counters after guests finish their meals, ensuring the space is ready for the next guest.
- Address guest satisfaction issues promptly, escalating any concerns to the Manager or Supervisor and assisting with resolution.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Full proficiency in Spanish.
- Not required, but proficiency in Italian and/or English is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter in luxury hotels and/or restaurants.
- Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and improving the guest experience through knowledge, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and willing to continuously learn and improve.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:
- Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time.
- Able to lift up to 25lbs. and on a regular and continuing basis.
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
- Manual dexterity required to use and operate all necessary equipment.
- Talking, hearing and seeing (vision) occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, Supervisors and other Employees.
