Casa Cipriani Milano is looking for an outgoing Assistant Restaurant Manager. The selected candidate will support the Restaurants Manager in the daily operations of the outlet, contributing to the coordination and motivation of the team while ensuring service standards are consistently met and aligned with Cipriani’s distinctive elegance and hospitality. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role on the floor, leading by example, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience in high-end hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment environments, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for service excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private clubs of comparable level
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional, refined dining experience aligned with Cipriani standards
- Act as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring elegance, efficiency, and attention to detail during service
- Inspire, coach, and support the team, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and pride
- Ensure consistently high service quality across all guest touchpoints
- Personally oversee guest relations, handling requests and feedback with discretion, empathy, and confidence
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of front and back of house areas
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to elevate service excellence
- Assist in staff planning and daily organization to ensure seamless service flow
- Support cost awareness initiatives, inventory control, and operational efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in a luxury hospitality environment
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless, personalized guest journey
- Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment, supporting employee engagement initiatives
